There’s a new found love of privacy at the Home Office. Not for us, but as revealed in yesterday’s Sun, Guido hears May is taking her own privacy deadly seriously. A civil service source reports that she insists on having her own office swept for bugs every Monday morning – far more than her predecessors. “Not sure who she’s paranoid about more, spies or the enemy within – Michael Gove” claims our Whitehall eavesdropper. Oh hush now…
