Miliband Downgrades PM Chances From “When” to “If” mdi-fullscreen

In his crap conference speech Ed forgot the lectern and the deficit.

At the CBI, he’s remembered the lectern but still doesn’t quite nail the PM in waiting  image.

Also Guido notices  he has downgraded his chances of being in Number 10.

In Manchester back in September it was all “when I am Prime Minister”:

“When I am Prime Minister the question of human rights for gay and lesbian people will never be ignored”

Yet at the CBI he’s adopted a  more cautious “if”:

“If I am Prime Minister I will never risk British businesses…”

The doubt has set in.
