Fair to say poor Ed Miliband is not having a very good day. In response to Dave throwing down the gauntlet to Labour over English votes for English laws, Labour have announced “A Constitutional Convention for the UK; a dynamic new political settlement for England and for Britain”. It has received a mixed reception, putting it politely:
What do we want? A constitutional convention! When do we want it? Now! Mmmm…who agrees?

Have sneaking feeling Ed Mili's constitutional convention will not have same pizzazz as US Democrat and Republica conventions

It reflects the total bankruptcy of Labour that its response to Scotland is to say to the people "so what do *you* think we should do?"
