Despite attempts by former leader Hugo Chavez to nip the craze in the bud, boob jobs have become a key cultural asset of the Latin American nation, with the country racking up a whopping 85,000 procedures last year. Recently however the enhanced price of implants has meant a reduction in the numbers having the surgery. “The women are complaining.
