Last night Ed Miliband was invited to collect the Politician of the Year at the Attitude Magazine gay oscars. Pink Ed was receiving the prize on behalf of all politicians who voted for equal marriage. Which struck Guido as a little odd; surely they could have found someone from the party that introduced the bill rather than he leader of one they refused to extend equal rights for the thirteen years they were in power? Or maybe Guido is just secretly annoyed he wasn’t invited to party with Cher at the ceremony.
