Labour Council Apologise for Threatening Stafford Campaigners

Guido’s story this morning about Labour-run Cannock Chase district council’s threat to sue militant Stafford Hospital campaigners unsurprisingly caused a stir. The Council are in full backtrack mode. In true public-sector form, they are blaming it on the little guy. They have told the BBC:

“In this instance a member of staff has overstepped the mark in enforcing planning legislation and we apologise for any distress this has caused.”

Now Guido has obtained an photo of the deeply subversive plotters at their seditious candle lit vigil:
