The BBC are now running the Twitter spoof saga. Guido understands that the owner of the Daily Mail, Lord Rothermere, has thrown his weight behind the bid to silence the Northcliffe twitter spoof account. Sources familiar with the case tell Guido that Rothermere was furious after the spoofer referenced allegations concerning a New Zealand love child and an alleged affair with a nanny:
