Lords Commissioner for Standards Paul Kernaghan confirms that he has launched a formal investigation into Baroness Warsi’s use of expenses. What a racist! 

UPDATE: The Met have declared they are not investigating further after complaints. The form is that the parliamentary authorities investigate first and if they recommend any further investigation, then the coppers are called in. See Macshane, D.
