Well Guido would like to point the bruised Shadow Chancellor in the direction of a new clue. It’s been reported that Miliband blames someone in Labour’s Victoria Street headquarters for the “Project Volvo” leaks and the leader’s office is barely on speaking terms with HQ as a result.
