There was uproar this morning as it emerged that the supplier of muffins and pastries to the parliamentary coffee shops went bust over-night. Panicked researchers have been assured by the powers that be that they will find a new supplier over the weekend. Despite the taxpayer subsidies they received, the old company couldn’t get a loan and has declared itself bankrupt. Clearly no dough in it.
