With Comment is Free all in a flap about the imminent, game-changing, arrival of the UK version of the Huffington Post, finally a sensible, non-hysterical, “sane” version has been launched. Guido wants to say hello to The Commentator. Its founder Robin Shepherd told him:

“With the long standing dominance in Britain’s marketplace of ideas of The Guardian’s immensely successful Comment is Free platform, it has been evident to me for a long time that there is a major gap in the market which is not being filled by competing sections of the mainstream media.”
