In what will hopefully be the first of many to go down, finally someone has been jailed for defrauding the Fees Office. Sadly it’s wasn’t an honourable member but former clerk Andrew Gibson who nicked six grand in 2005 and was discovered after the scrutiny of the  Legg investigations. Interestingly he was sentenced to nine months. A minimum benchmark has been set if others on trial are found guilty…
