Following on from yesterday’s story (and debate) a second source has come forward to say that Yates of the Yard does want to publish the evidence gathered in the event of a decision by the CPS not to take further action. The public statement released by the CPS in relation to Kate Moss and the News of the Screws drug photos last year was cited as the precedent.

You will remember that they stated there was not enough evidence for prosecution while virtually confirming her guilt. Hmmm…
