Government Closing 551 Websites! mdi-fullscreen
With a bit of luck the Miliblog will be one of them. Guido understands that an official report on “transformational strategy” (New Labour, New Speak bollocks) will confirm that of the 951 state-run websites, 551 in total will be closed.

Anti-road charging petitioners closed the Downing Street website yesterday as over 100,000 signed against ther new car tax, causing the site to collapse…

UPDATE : Dizzy has read the report and says over £12 billion was spent on I.T. by the government last year – some £200 per head.
