Guido has been trying to get an explanation from Nigel Griffiths into how he knew,
and told the BBC, that the CPS had finished their investigation into
Loans for Lordships amd
“decided there was no evidence to proceed”.
The CPS and Scotland Yard were not in agreement.
The Scotsman is now also on the case. As yet none of us have managed to get any follow up comment from him. It is not simply a case of “no comment” – no one has answered his office phone for three days. Where are they?
