A Guido co-conspirator (Backwoodsman) emails some foreign news: Malaysia has barred Cherie Blair from appearing in its highest court to argue a case involving a charge of judicial bias. The judge said Cherie had no special expertise in cases of judicial bias and Malaysian lawyers were better equipped to such cases.

“Yes, it was dismissed on the ground that she is not qualified because while she may be an expert in public law, human rights and employment law, there is no proof that she is in fact an expert in the particular area of judicial bias”, said Muhammad Shafee Abdullah.
