Today’s TV Guide

Worth tuning into today to the Parliamentary Channel for Prezza’s first oratorical outing since we found out that he has a tiddler of a todger.

Of course we have PMQs as well, where the attention will be on Ming. Guido seriously thinks his medication is clouding his mind. All the credible medical advice says Ming’s cancer can never be “100% cured” as claimed during the leadership election, it can only be in remission. If Ming makes a muppet of himself yet again Hughes’ ambition for a counter-coup in the autumn could look more likely. Imagine what Clegg would do to the PM with the “we don’t know” line coming out of the Home Office on foreign rapists and illegal immigrants…

Quote of the Day

Stephen Bush writing in the New Statesman‘s morning briefing…

“The terrifying truth is that the Opposition is too divided – within the parliamentary party, within the trades unions, within the Shadow Cabinet and even within the leader’s office – to be anything other than a veto player as far as Brexit goes, and the party’s whole gambit is really about trying to make that weakness look like a strength. Keir Starmer saying that Labour is “increasingly likely” to vote down the deal is simply a reflection of the fact that the one thing the Labour party will be able to agree on as far as Brexit goes is that Theresa May’s deal is no good.”
