On the BBC he blamed the dismal declining Basher vote on tactical voting for Liam Fox to keep out Clarke. The spectacle of ultra-wet Damian Green arguing that right-wingers backed Fox to keep out Clarke was toe-curling, and a little bit humiliating. Oh, the irony.
