A welcome to all the Telegraph readers flowing here from George Trefgarne’s article on bloggers. Guido figures that amongst you is the knowledge needed for the Who’s Who at Tory HQ schematic, following on from the Labour and LibDem schematics.

Interesting that when Guido was compiling the (beta version) schematics, emails from the LibDems were open and polite, helpful even, whilst emails from Labour HQ fell in to two categories, “don’t mention my name or its my career” and “we ain’t telling you anything”. Very revealing, eh? Optimism versus fear and arrogance.
