Tory MP and tour-guide Jonathan Sayeed is standing down as Guido predicted [“not convinced Sayeed will yet fight the seat for the Tories”]. He wasn’t really that sleazy, it was just stupid and tacky. Pretty safe seat for the Tories , which they could hold even if they stood a donkey, and they probably will.
