May 6 Re-Shuffle Rumours

Milburn the Chancellorship, Blunkett to be Deputy PM, ‘Green’ Byers to come back as well with environment job. Brown some re-jigged FCO or the backbench. No more socialist nonsense to be tolerated.

Problems with this über-Blairite fantasy plan – Milburn ain’t that bright, mind you, nor is the current Deputy PM, so maybe it doesn’t matter to Blair. Brown on the backbench would be a recipe for civil war. But what fun!
