Although it appears that Recess Monkey is R.I.P. from looking at his blog, its actually his birthday party today. So Guido will be leaving his parliamentary lair this evening to join him for some ale. I wonder if the Gaurdian’s Backbencher columnist will be joining us this evening? Methinks not.
