The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister’s report on planning for licensed premises uses is out. Apparently, it comments on and foresees aspects of the planning system. None of the Oxbridge educated mandarins it seems was concerned about their AHRSE – the acronym for the Alcohol Harm Reduction Strategy for England.
