Looks bad, but perhaps the very enjoyable Whitehall leaks to the Sunday Times may be at an end, ther Guardian has named the temp who once worked at the paper as the alleged source. As we noted a few weeks ago, the Sunday Times was really having fun revealing memos that embarrassed the Mandarins. Rumours of piles of secret memos scattered around the newsroom abound.
