Member of Parliament Definitely Not a Member of Inter-City Firm mdi-fullscreen
Labour MP Tony Clarke, 41, is on the board of Northampton Town Supporters’ Trust, his constituency’s local football team and has campaigned in Parliament for the return of standing places in football stadiums. His interest in football stretches back further, he has a tattoo on his chest that shows the West Ham badge below the letters ‘ICF’. He says he had it done when he was 16. The ICF were better known as the Inter-City Firm, a notorious gang of hooligan West Ham supporters famous for their violence. Stabbing and slashing faces were their speciality. Tony was not a member.
