Farage Confirms Hancock By-Election Plan

A month ago in his Sun column Guido revealed that UKIP are already up and running on the ground in Portsmouth South in anticipation that self-confessed teen fondler Mike Hancock will be forced out, triggering a by-election. Today Farage has confirmed he is predicting a by-election this summer, telling a press gallery lunch that he thinks UKIP will win. Dave will note the several Tory MPs quaffing Merlot with the hack pack as Farage confessed he had been a frequenter of lap-dancing establishments, laid into Leveson and endorsed Gove for PM. He knows his audience

Dr Hancock Will See You Now

Last week he was crossing the yellow line at Parliament, this week sleazy LibDem MP Mike Hancock has been busted parking in a reserved doctor’s bay. He’s used to crossing the line…

Yellow Mike Hancock Crosses the Line

Sleazy self-confessed teen fondler, turned LibDem MP, Mike Hancock claimed recently that he was too ill to turn up to an inquiry into his pervy ways and is rarely spotted in Parliament. When he does rock up though, he has the same regard for double yellow lines as he does for the personal space of young, blonde, nubile staffers.

Leak Shows LibDems Dismissed “Political” Hancock Complaint

As Guido first revealed on Sunday, Nick Clegg’s denial that he knew of the allegations against self-confessed teen fondler Mike Hancock is wearing thin. A letter has been leaked from Gerald Vernon-Jackson, a Clegg confidant and member of the party’s all powerful Federal Executive. He is also Hancock’s boss on Portsmouth Council. Despite the seriousness of the claims piling up against Hancock, when he was explicitly told about Vernan Jackson refused to act on them and dismissed them entirely in a 2010 reply because:

Two years later they have finally launched an inquiry…

LISTEN: Clegg Blames the Postman for Handy-cock Silence

Clegg has been spinning hard on LBC this morning. On Handy-cock he, surprise surprise, says he wasn’t told about the allegations:

“My office never received the letter from the claimant’s solicitors (in 2011), we did however receive a letter in February this year. Police have looked at this before and dismissed it on the advice of the CPS. My chief whip has gone down to Portsmouth and spoken to Mike Hancock’s solicitor. I hope you won’t imply in any way that we are not acting thoroughly and quickly to what are very serious allegations. I’ve not spoken to Mike Hancock, he’s been very ill.”

Given the story broke in 2010, Clegg has a lot to thank the postal service for. On David “The Jews” Ward:

“I’ve spoken to David Ward, and he’s apologised. I am finalising an agreement with him that he will commit never to use generalised language that is offensive to communities in Britain.”

Because that worked so well last time…

Handy-Cock Hearing: The Details

More information about yesterday’s Portsmouth council meeting into sleazy LibDem MP Mike Hancock has emerged overnight. The two LibDems and one Tory councillor unanimously agreed that the investigation had to go forward. Guido understands that Hancock tried to argue that he was acting in a personal capacity when he was bombarding his constituent with text messages.  The fact that he was a councillor at the time and had signed up to the council’s code of conduct made that line of argument tricky though. Sources suggest that LibDem Councillor Les Stevens, a big supporter of the Hancock, pushed this line too. In vain. Outside legal types will be brought in and it’s expected to take several months. Why the LibDems did not do this themselves already beggars belief.

Handy-cock Hit at Hearing – Full Sleaze Investigation Launched

It only took them two hours, but Guido hears that Portsmouth City Council misconduct hearing from self-confessed teen fondler Mike Hancock have decided to launch a full investigation into the MPs alleged harassment of a mentally ill constituent. As Guido reported yesterday, this could have by-election triggering consequences.  Developing…

Judgement Day for Handycock

The Tory candidate in Portsmouth South has not taken too kindly to party sources telling Guido that their local association is “broke and in complete disarray”, and that “they are proceeding with a hopeless candidate”. Flick Drummond may be tested sooner rather than later though; tomorrow is judgement day for Mike Hancock. The sleazy LibDem MP and local councillor faces a misconduct hearing at Portsmouth City Council to determine whether to launch a full investigation over his inappropriate harassment of a mentally ill constituent. If this goes badly for him and he is suspended it could trigger yet another blue on yellow by-election. Back in 2010, Guido exclusively revealed some of the texts the beardy-weirdy was sending and a full dossier of complaints was also sent to, and promptly ignored by, Clegg’s office. Hancock has been dodging the meeting for months, but will be relieved it is being held in secret without the press or public. Friends of the woman in question told the Sunday Express:

“The man needs to go. She has gone through absolute hell and all she wants is justice. She could not face seeing him at the meeting but she will be fully represented.”

As reported in yesterday’s Sun column, UKIP are looking to build on their success in Eastleigh and are already on the ground opening campaign offices and poaching respected local Tories to run the show. The LibDems may be broke, but given they control the council they will be confident of their chances. It all sounds very familiar…

Read the Full Hancock Dossier Ignored By Nick
LibDem MP Admitted Fondling Teenage Girl and Kept the Whip

The news that Mike Hancock is a sleaze-ball will not come as a surprise to regular Guido readers. We’ve been on the case of the self-confessed teen-fondler for years. Why were Nick and co not?

The evidence was always there and his pervy ways have been well documented by this website. The LibDems, even when contacted, have had their head in the sand. This dossier containing all of the text messages that Hancock sent to a vulnerable constituent was presumably put at the bottom of a pile somewhere in LibDem HQ. Hancock even went on the stand and admitted fondling a teenage girl and still managed to keep the whip. The spy saga was just the tip of the sleaze-berg.

Sick Note Handy-cock’s Strasbourg Junket

Self-confessed teen-fondler Mike Hancock is up to his old tricks again. The randy LibDem MP for Portsmouth doubles up on his expense claims by serving as a city councillor as well and it’s in that job that he is now dodging disciplinary action over allegations of impropriety. Due to face a local hearing about his inappropriate behaviour concerning a vulnerable young constituent, Hancock produced a doctor’s note saying he was too unwell to attend for at least a month.

He was not however too unwell to attend an all-expenses paid junket in Strasbourg the week before, or front up a Sunday Mirror campaign last weekend…
