The Jewish Chronicle have got hold of the Baroness Royall report into anti-Semitism at Oxford University Labour Club. The report is damning and confirms there were “incidents of antisemitic behaviour” and that “Some Jewish members do not feel comfortable attending the [OULC] meetings, let alone participating”. These findings were presented to Labour’s NEC who then covered them up. Though no names are mentioned in the report, the suppressed allegations involved Corbynistas James Elliott and Max Shanly. Instead of publishing, Corbyn then set up the Shami Chakrabarti inquiry, may or may not have offered her a peerage, and she then whitewashed the allegations. Why did the NEC cover up Baroness Royall’s findings other than to hide anti-Semitism by leading Corbynistas?
