A new raft of made up job titles at the Telegraph. Weekday editor Chris Evans move upstairs to become ‘group director of content’, Jason “Psycho” Seiken remains chief content officer and editor in chief and adds “future strategy and direction” to his job title. Allister Heath and Rob Winnett become deputy directors of content. Guido can reveal a raft of further changes:

Associate editor Richard Preston has been appointed head of world news. He replaces David Munk who is joining Guardian Australia at the end of October.

Beijing correspondent Malcolm Moore has been appointed deputy head of world news. Moore is due back from Beijing in December.

Senior video planner Jon Laurence has been appointed to the new role of head of planning, to help deliver digital content across all of editorial.
