Phillip Davies tells the FT:

“I’ve always told Douglas that he is not a true Conservative, he is an anarchist or communist.”

Well said, would Reagan or Thatcher have tolerated this? I think not, someone will have to give Putin a bloody nose at some point.

And John Kerry’s threat a year ago to launch “an unbelievably small” strike against Syria.

“That is exactly what we are talking about doing, unbelievably small, limited kind of effort.”

At the end of the day, even that was an exaggeration.

Obama has a responsibility as the Leader of the sole world power .
but he is a ditherer and I suspect just killing time until his term ends .

The totalitarian UKIP Labour proxy party has ejected the parliamentary hopeful in Clacton, in order that the ‘man of conviction’ Carswell can stand

hahahah….. thats how UKIP Labour roll you cun:t

      Totally incorrect
The local parties PPC nomination still stands for the general election.
For the by-election the NECs choice is standing.

And yes there are huge similarities between UKIP and the Labour party of the 1970s like leaving the EEC.

      Back1woodsman says:

Thats some pretty desperate stuff from the multi talking to himself there !
As someone who has always voted Conservative and knows how well Carswell is regarded by the Tory faithfull, you really are a deluded cnut.
Biggest win of Ukips career to date, getting him.

        The two Muppets says:

It will be interesting to see what happens if Carswell wins his seat .
He will be the only Ukipper in Parliament .
Farage had better watch his back as Carswell would be calling the
shots and of course he has already stabbed one leader in the back .

Sounds like Phillip Davies is two brain cells short of an amoeba. Has he considered the utility to the world of not breathing out when he opens his mouth?

Phillip must be a loooong way to the left if he thinks Doug’s move to the right might be communism.

  15. 48
    Burkeian says:

Philip Davies, here called a Tory Eurosceptic MP, seems as wide of the mark in his description of Carswell as it possible to be. Read Carswell’s statement on his own blog on the reasons for his leaving the ‘Conservative’ Party. It is as principled , rational and truly conservative a statement as could be wished. Add to this his decision to submit himself to a by-election under his new colours and you have a rare MP of courage and principle. Well done !

    “Quote of the Day”
There are only two ways to proceed in politics. Our wrong dogma driven way, and the right but now redacted way.
The true aims of communism and capitalism are one thing. But when both are corrupted by elites, its something altogether different.

The Prime Minister feels the pressure:

“I have to say that after the events I have been facing over the last few days, assassination would be a welcome release.”

It was only a tiny tiny collision.
