Quote of the Day

Lord Glasman tells it like it is:

“The first thing is to acknowledge that Labour has been captured by a kind of aggressive public sector morality which is concerned with the individual and the collective but doesn’t understand relationships.”

    Reginald from Dorsetshire says:

Afternoon all! And what a fabulous afternoon it is here in rural Dorset where all I can hear is the sound of leather on willow as the Reverend’s XI bat for glory in the Piddle Valley Cup.

Now, what do you good upstanding English chaps say we show some support for our Israeli friends in their fight against the rotten Mohammedan scourge that is trying to wipe them all out. We Brits always fancy an underdog so let’s do the decent thing and send the poor blighters some pound notes and weapons, what? By jove, it is the duty of every Christian fellow to help the Israelis in their hour of need.

Must go now, Sir Jeremy Cricket-Pavilion has been bowled for a duck!

Any Labour voters in Dorset and evil foreigners should be smothered in lashings of ginger beer and spiffingly shot dead!

…. and the pig breeding industry will fold overnight as he will ban bacon in all its forms .

Owls and “Eagles” however will prosper.

I voted for Wilson in 64, 66, 70, 74, 74 and Callaghan in 79. I then voted Thatcher 83 and 87 and Major in 92. I then voted Blair 97, 01 and 05 and Cameron in 2010. I will vote Cameron in 2015 too. I trust him unreservedly!

While Cameron might be “a dream” to some – is he going to return us to the bloody nightmare that is Iraq?

Do you believe it is going to be as easy for you to get a job in Germany as it would be for a German to get a job in England ?
But good luck to you I am now retired ,I will be stuck here under yet another socialist regime the fourth one I have endured , each one worse than the last !!!

        Don't leave! says:

All these people saying they’re leaving Britain if Ed wins are not thinking. With each new change of government there comes a new thinking and philosophy, but also an opportunity to be one of the new “vested interests”. That means money making folks!

Example 1 – during 80s and 90′s it was fashionable to kick the feckless into shape and giving them a bad name Iin the press and public mind. My little venture willingly assisted Tories in this. I made cash!

Example 2 – Labour’s policy after 97 became government policy and public focus shifted to buttering up the feckless and lots of “focus groups” and community engagement. My new little venture willingly assisted and I made cash!

Example 3 – after 2010 and it was kick the feckless again. I have made good cash!

Example 4 – the future – yes I think the feckless deserve a break again after 8 May 2015, don’t you?!

In 2009, this New Labour clone used the term ‘Blue Labour’. In 2014, instead of stabbing the Ed in the back, might not his lordship just F, off to UKIP?

P.S: Wonder if he also helped Tony and his mates to sex-up the case for war against Iraq?

Ralph Miliband on the English…

“The Englishman is a rabid nationalist. They are perhaps the most nationalist people in the world.”

Left on Left says:

The lefties are attacking because the panellist is a millionaire and lives in a London home worth upwards of two million. Someone had best tell them he’s called Ed Miliband.
