Suspended LibDem perv Mike Hancock has surfaced, telling his local paper:

“MPs must remember that one-third of social care users are working-age disabled people. This support is what enables them to wash, dress and get out of the house. It’s crucial the Care Bill goes as far as possible in creating a care system that supports disabled people to live full and independent lives.”

Which is a bit rich given he is under investigation at Portsmouth Council and being privately prosecuted for sexual harassing a disabled female constituent…
