    Ah! Monika says:

Firms have ‘social duty’ to hire UK workers – minister

And Abbott has just been re-selected.

Maternity leave. No, I won’t take a DNA test

  3. 3
    Alphons says:

Going to produce another pseudo blue blood to run the country (or should that be ruin the country?)

  4. 4
    Casual Observer says:

Bet they were all good at Musical Chairs as kids.

  5. 5
    Diane Fartbot says:

It was a doddle being reselected. I threatened any other potential candidates that I would sit naked on their face if they dared oppose me.

  6. 6
    cotedebeaune says:

Ahh….married to Lord Simon Wolfson, yet another four-by-two British businessman that has also risen through the political ranks.

0.5% of the UK population. Amazing.

Wolfson joined Next as a sales consultant in its Kensington branch in 1991, the year his father was granted his peerage. The following year, he was taken on as assistant to Next’s chief executive, David Jones.[3] Wolfson made his way up the ranks within the company rapidly, being appointed to the board of directors in 1997, and culminating in his appointment as chief executive in August 2001.[3] At the age of 33, this made him the youngest chief executive of a FTSE 100 company.

  12. 12
    Andrew Efiong says:

No job shuffling needed, they should not fill these jobs across the public sector. Nobody would notice.

I’d fire the bottom 10% of all public sector workers instantly and we’d see productivity soar once the shirkers had been identified.

  13. 13
    a non says:

Gordon believes in eternity leave even though his offices and Sarah report it as just a pregnant pause.

It’s too late for the fuckers to worry about what is going to happen to them following over three decades of misrule.

If they wanted to stay safe they should have thought about the English working class before they destroyed our industries, wrecked the economy, and let in millions of peasant colonisers from Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa and other shitholes.

These scum can bluster and wring their hands all they like. It’s too late to stop the processes they unleashed. It’s their necks that will be wrung after regime change. Or at least the lucky ones. Most of the turds can not expect anything so merciful.

  16. 16
    phil says:

tory incest – it’s the best

  17. 17
    another screwfix says:

Hoping one of these days to hear about RSJs.

All these four-by-twos does not appear to be a suitable construct given the effects of sun, wind and rain.

Are you related to Guido, who is just as bad. Money lending and Mitre ‘joints’ to start the day makes this site almost an alternative to B&Q.

  20. 20
    Uncivil servant says:

Arse about face Andrew. It’s the bottom 10% that do 90% of the work. You need to start with the top 50% then you would be making real progress.

  21. 21
Anti-Rentier Alliance (Ban The Whig Rent Seeking Elite) says:

And this is how it ends. Gossip about SpaDs. Bring, on the revolution comrades.

  22. 22
    Owen the Twink says:

Hoho ellie was a goer at uni – didnt figure her for a mother. I must be the only on in our seminar group who didnt have a go

Dan Hodges on Labour unity

“We’ve heard a lot over the past few years about how Miliband has united Labour. But he has not united Labour. He has pacified Labour. He has placed it into a medically induced coma following the trauma of the party’s 2010 defeat.”
