Quote of the Day

Ed Miliband tells fellow Labour NEC member Ken Livingstone not to worry…

“Ed Miliband phoned me yesterday evening, and he briefed me on what he’s doing – he has not the slightest intention of breaking the trade union link. I had a text from his office saying that the news Ed will end the union link is total nonsense and emphatically not his view or our line.”

As the leader of “Labour” Party, Ed should tell the bankers party to take a hike. Instead he puts out his own (highway) code about the party keeping to the right. At the same time, you don’t see the Tories doing a U-turn over their long-standing links to big business. So why does the Labour Party attack its’ own supporters?

he said it would be suicide to break the union link

    and suicide to keep it

Let’s get real here. Does anyone believe that big business fund the Tony Party out of the goodness of their hearts?

Ed just simply cannot afford to tell the Unions to fuck off as he needs to pay for The Labour Party debts.

So Vote Labour get Len for your leader.

And yet and yet, does anyone believe that Dave would dare tell his big business ‘friends’ to buggy off?

Yes, Vote Tory – and have some banker pulling the strings.

Damian McBride writes in the epilogue to his memoir…

“At the time of writing, nine months from the election, I’ve concluded that Labour currently has no positive messages to communicate to anyone about why they should vote for the party, no policies which will persuade them, and is being run in a totally dysfunctional way.”
