You just outlined the result of the 2015 GE that will see a ‘National Government’ formed. Its aim is simple, to rule in interests of the political elite by simply removing any power in the electoral process to influence the composition of the government. UKIP will have no impact in such a situation as they can be disregarded and the EU project kept on track (if you can call it that).
See what kind of pay rise they give themselves in few days time. They will ignore any public outrage because they can. Cameron will make noises about ‘restraint’ but in reality he’s glad as it gives an opportunity for empty posturing on his part (which he really is good at).
Till you start hanging them nothing will change.

And the reason I ask about the Fat Turk is that like the rest of the them he’s not to be trusted.

          • The East End Shouting Club says:

Ah but what he said was funny, and on the mark. What you said was dull, artless and had no point.

  7. 13

One of the BIGGEST problems we face today in the UK at this moment in time is the Dark Forces attack on the Freedom of Information Laws which are being eroded by the Information Commissioner HIMSELF.
The ICO have recently introduced a new 37 Page Guideline Documents for Public Authorities on VEXATIOUS FOI requests. This guideline is at best, a criminal tool to assist the passage of fraud and at worst , a tool to pervert the Course of Justice.
This NEW Guidance was made on the back of GIA/3037/2011 Alan M Dransfield v ICO & Devon County Council which was given a green light by the Upper Tribunal solely to protect rogue PA’s and ROGUE ICO officials handing down VEXATIOUS decisions on a whim.
The analogy to the UK FOI Laws now stands as.

Public Authorities are robbing the Bank
The ICO is driving the getaway Car.
The First Tier Tribunal are acting as lookouts.
The Upper Tribunal are providing an alibi.
The Upper Tribunal President is covering the Tracks.

It is a sad day at the demise of the FOIA 2000.
Transparency, accountability and security MUST be seen to be working and if it isn’t seen to be working, in probability it AINT working.

    • 28

I should have been attending a 3rd Retrial at a FTT hearing tomorrow in London against the ICO and the Devon County Council but it has been cancelled because the FTT have charged me with Contempt of Court.
Contempt of Court my Ass, they have been rumbled.
My FTT hearing which started in May 2009 is related to my FOIA requests on 6 PFI schools in Exeter ,which I maintain are unsafe and unfit for purpose owing to Lightning Protection irregularities inter alia.
All six schools which were commissioned in 2006 have just been ordered to provide drinking water because the water is unfit for human consumption??!!

I note with a wry smile Cameron has just announced another 200 new schools to be built. No doubt they will be funded by the PFI schemes, which are surrounded in a veil of secrecy.
I don’t know who is the biggest Liar, Gove or Cameron.
My own MP Ben Bradshaw has refused categorically to meet me at his surgery??
What does that say about him.

Yes indeeeddy Mr Anonymous and I am V worried about the current attack on OUR FOIA 2000 and if you would like to learn more please see the Upper Tribunal decision GIA/3037/2011.
The latest ICO guidelines on Vexatious request is also a barrel of laughs.
Before my Upper Tribunal Case there were 5 Criteria Points for vexatious decisions and a 4 page guidance document from the ICO,which has now been changed to 13 criteria points and 37 page of ICO Guidance.

The ICO are bunch of SCOUNDRELS,whom, are purporting to be the FOIA watchdogs.
The same scoundrels at the ICO were responsible for the the RAID on the Construction Blacklisting Boss but didn’t search his house.
Thank goodness the Scottish Select Committee are taking the BLACKLISTING SCAM seriously.
Don’t forget either that the PFI/PPP government contracts are currently running at a loss of £350 Billion and NOT included in the National Debt.
            I will keep you posted

          A Sardine says:

          Reading above:

FOI request on dodgy PFI schools now being classed vexatious after 4 years ignoring / non compliance by Devon council. Attempt now to shut up applicant via abuse of Contempt legislation : Old trick (vexatious / false prosecution by state)

MP Bradshaw complicit by even refusing to see member of constituency denying that member representation.

Cross party nature shows apparent collusion: Gove’s heralded PFI school scheme could create environment where on site water not fit for human consumption.

Point: FOI / perversion abuse of justice and denial fair representation to constituent by sitting MP

    • 208

Suggest you read the new 37 page Guideleines from the ICO ref Vexatious Requests which is made up on the back of my GIA/30337/2011 Alan M Dransfield V ICO & Devon County Council (DCC) (appellants)which incidently was made by a corrupt Judge who allowed the appellant to use 13 Ghost FOIA requests from me which they admitted they destroyed during the 4 year trial.
I was due to attend another FTT hearing in London TODAY, which has also been running for 4 years ref the 6 PFI schools in Exeter, which I maintain and can prove are unfit for purpose.
Todays hearing was the 4th FTT retrial on this case and it was cancelled only one month ago because the FTT Judge charged me with Contempt of Court.
Contempt of Court my ASS.It is the DCC/ICO/FTT/UT whom are in contempt of Court.
The ICO have thrown the kitchen sink at my GIA/3037/2011 case because they knew if I had won that case, VEXATIOUS DECISIONS would be as rare as Rocking Horse Shit.
The ICO&DCC were relying on the GIA/3037/2011 decision for todays hearing on the 6 PFI schools but they realised that the GIA/3037/2011 was a ROGUE decision made by a Rogue Judge Wikeley of the Upper Tribunal hence the Contempt of Court bullshit charges were handed down by FTT Judge Cullendar Smith. Needless to say his decision is full of HOLES.

Now that was a funny cartoon. Rich & Mark are embarrassingly unfunny, like the tedious twat who hands stuff in for the student union mag because he wants to be popular.

to get back to the september clues, the most compelling evidence for me is the “nose out” footage. there is a clear attempt to stick a mask over the left side of the building but is in unsuccessful and clips the nose of the plane. Why they didn’t remove it behind the building I do not know.

Did no one tell thicko Camermong that Kazakhstan has an appalling human rights record , and they have not had democratic elections for over 20 years ?
or is he just trying to rent an airfield to evacuate our troops from that shithole next door ?

Georgy Boy Osbourne has announced they are going to build 200 New Schools,Hospitals etc nationwide and no doubt they will be PFI/PPP funded and surrounded in a veil of secrecy like the 6 PFI Schools in Exeter, which doesn’t event provide basic drinking water.
The PFI/PPP is currently running around £350 billion debt, which is NOT included in the National Debt??
If transparency, accountability and security is NOT seen to be working at the ICO and HM FOI Courts,in all probability ,it ain’t working.
No wonder the Government have high-jacked the FOIA 2000 with the latest ICO 37 page guidelines.
They are protecting their ability to hand down VEXATIOUS decisions on a whim

The MP for Exeter Ben Bradshaw has chosen to ignore my correspondence on Public Safety Issues down here in Exeter on the 6 PFI Schools and the Rugby Ground inter alia. Even the brand New John Lewis Store is unfit for purpose owing to the Lightning Protection Failures and ALL the Oversight Authorities in Exeter have turned a blind eye. I have now reported his inactions and failures to the Speaker of the House??!!.
When I reported these H&S issues to the HSE they put me on a lifetime email ban. When I reported these economical crimes to the Old Bill, they also put me on a lifetime email ban as did the Devon County Council and Exeter City Council.
It is suffice to say that transparency, accountability and security is NOT seen to be working down here in the South West.
We have 6 PFI schools which have had contaminated drinking water since they were commissioned in 2006, one of the schools has been subject to a 12month Police Inquiry into fraud which the Old Bill now claim will NOT be subject to any prosecutions?!.
We have Public Building by the score that have NOT been provisioned with any Lightning Risk Assessment including the RDE Hospital Buildings and hundreds of Buildings/Structures which were built with the Lafarge Contaminated Cement(millions of tones) between 2002 and 2008 of which the Local Public Authorities were NOT aware about until I told them in 2005 and NOW they are sleeping in the same bed as the ICO, who have covered themselves in glory with the Blacklisting Scandal in the UK Construction Industry.
Thank God the Scottish Select Committee are taking the Blacklisting Seriously.

I don’t believe any of my FOIA requests have been vexatious, on the contrary, they have been benign and straightforward and easily passed the Public Interest Test owing to the Fraud and Theft of public funds angle and the public safety issues.

My very latest FOIA request which is due to appear before the FTT is my request to the Olympic Delivery Association, now taken over by the London Legacy .
My FOIA request for a copy of the Lightning Risk Assessment for the Olympic Stadiums were refused NOT for section 14(1) vexatious but on National Security Grounds .
Just how a copy of the Lightning Risk Assessment would assist any Terror Attack on the Olympic Stadiums is beyond me??!!. Not unless of Course Alquida has developed a Lightning Simulation Machine which they could fire from a block of flats??!!

There is a common denominator here and all this, it is the Balfour Beatty Group, whom, have been involved in a LOT of sub/standard building and design.??!!
    Vexatious my ASS.

OUR FOIA ACT is being wilfully circumvented by ROGUE Public Authorities and the BIGGEST ROGUES are the ICO/FTT and Upper Tribunal.
Who the hell is Policing the Policeman at the ICO.
If the GIA/3037/2011 is allowed to remain in HM Statute Book it will be the death of OUR FOI and we can expect MORE whimsical vexatious decisions which are designed to assist the passage of fraud and cover up serious economical crimes.

The Economist asks Tony Blair about Wendi Deng:

“Mr Blair roundly denies any impropriety. Asked whether he was (at least) careless about his reputation, he says calmly that it is “not something I will ever talk about—I haven’t and I won’t”, and then bangs his coffee cup so loudly into its saucer that it spills and everyone in the room jumps. But did he find himself in a tangle over his friendship with Ms Deng? A large, dark pool of sweat has suddenly appeared under his armpit, spreading across an expensive blue shirt. Even Mr Blair’s close friends acknowledge that the saga damaged him—not least financially, since Mr Murdoch stopped contributing to Mr Blair’s faith foundation and cut him off from other friendly donors in America.”
