– All surviving members of Lady Thatcher’s Cabinets
– The current Cabinet
– The Leader of Her Majesty’s Opposition
– President Manuel Barroso
– Sir Bernard and Lady Ingham
– Fredrick Forsyth CBE
– Former Prime Minister Mahathir of Malaysia
– A representative of Nelson Mandela
