BREAKING: Huhne 8 Months, Pryce 8 Months mdi-fullscreen

Huhne gave two interviews before he was jailed. This to the Guardian:

“I am sorry. I want to say that to family, to friends, to constituents and to colleagues. Lawmakers can be many things, but they cannot be lawbreakers. I should have owned up and got on with doing something else with my career. It is awful that people I love have been dragged into this gruelling experience. My family need time and space to get over this. Anyone who knows me knows I am not a bully -that is not amongst friends my reputation. Of course I do not want to go to prison. Losing freedom hurts, but I will not be the first person to go to prison.”

And this to Channel 4 News:

“I certainly lied & lied again, and part of it was about saving my career. It was a very stupid thing to do and I very much regret doing it. I am very sorry that I did do it.”

Lights out…
