!sabel got Pryce to open up. With the contents of the emails, phone conversations etc., Pryce could not have pulled out, had incriminated herself, and the story would have run with a radically different angle.

So it looks like several high profile people had some knowledge of the circumstances surrounding Chris and Vicky Huhne and the arrangement re points: Vincent Cable, Mark Oakeshott, Miriam (?) Clegg, Constance Briscoe. It’d be interesting to see if any of them had advanced a positive case defending Huhne in public, post appraisal eh?

This was in part of an exchange where Pryce was haggling with !sabel over the ‘pressurized’ wording in the Sunday Times agreement. Br!scoe was going over that agreement as per previous mail.
!sabel referred it to Pryce:

I know he and others when initially making comments had likely not read the emails, but why the outpouring of sympathy for the ‘poor woman’ ?
She is guilty, fair and square, and on this specific matter she appears to be in a worst position of guilt than Huhne.

He is trying to raise awareness that Huhne was responsible for suppressing news coverage about Fukushima in the UK. In particular, the small issue that the UK has been affected by fallout.

The shouting you hear is the guy having his freedom of expression – peacefully holding up a placard in the background behind Pryce – being suppressed by court security staff, who are illegally manhandling him away.
He has been there throughout the trial in order to use coverage of Pryce to get his message across. He has been assaulted on a number of occasions by the Papps as they cannot sell photos which have his placard in the background.
