      With 32billion allocated to HS2,we could forget that,and with the new engineering
      graduates,devaluation of the currency and plenty of labour,we could,once again,be
      modern shipbuilders..So, use the money to build the next generation of Ship building
      facilities,to build modern merchant vessels,starting with,an apprentice piece,namely,New Brittania,royal yatch,type ship..If not,build a fucking railway…..
