You hit on the crucial point…all these people whingeing about losing child benefit and who are earning over £50k…and it’s THIS….if you choose to have kids it’s YOUR responsibility for child costs NOT the state or the taxpayer…if you choose to send your kids to private school…it’s YOUR choice and you are responsible for the costs etc….if you have a large mortgage then that’s your choice(although interest rates have been historically low for 5 years) and you pay the costs…if you want an expensive lifestyle you pay for it…if you want to invest your child benefit in an investment account for your kids then find the money yourself …..and shut the **** up whingeing.
Everyone is entitled to child benefit you twat.
