Friend of Chinese Labourer Bob Crow Forgets Blood Ties to City

Yesterday Guido reported on Bob Crow’s £100,000 delusion as the striking fat cat blustered: “I’ve got more in common with a Chinese labourer than I do with a City financier”. If Bob’s six-figure pay packet wasn’t enough to disprove this statement, perhaps a look at his family tree will. Crow’s brother is a day trader who lives in the stockbroker belt in Berkshire. Apparently they get on just fine despite their political disagreements:

“I have differences with him. He’s made a lot of money; he’s stock market, dividend first and the rest comes after. We’re good mates…I hate him much more for supporting Arsenal.”

Bob Crow has absoultely nothing in common with City financiers. Except blood that is…

Compared to me he’s a peasant. Last week I made $1m in one night helping some dodgy companies come to a deal. I’m a respected man among gangsters and dictators and worked my magic.

This clip from last night’s Panorama sums up the UK benefits culture. This mum says she’s got better things to do than look for a job. And she refused to punish her son for strangling another boy and hitting a teacher.

The BBC is nothing more than a nasty parasite leeching from vulnerable people. People are threatened with imprisonment if they don’t want to buy the shyte. The BBC is a disgrace.

If the bbc wanted to garner sympathy, job failed. Twitter comments were about how the families had 50inch tv screens whilst complaining about their situations.

“if” indeed, I wonder what they were up to.

I have no degree in media studies, but somewhere between the camera man and the final edit, they knew that big TV was in there, and exactly what “big TV” says to people.

And why not? I don’t like Bob Crow but attacking him through his family is not on. We all have families, don’t agree politically with some family members but rub along because blood is thicker than water, or something, and because personal feelings matter more than politics.

The sun aside, one wonders what will happen if the Attorney General decides there must be a new Inquest on those who died at Hillsborough and if that Inquest then find that folks died because of criminal neglect or some such thing.

Are we going to see a prosecution of some of the people who have now been shown to be responsible for this tragedy?

Oh and good to see that someone has already obligingly updated Irvine Patnick’s ( ex tory mp responsible for giving the lies to sun in first place) wiki page , identifying him as the disgraceful person who prompted that awful headline in the Sun.

Justice can sometime be a long time coming but in this case it looks as if it will happen eventually,

  12. 28

It is very hard for a normal person to discern what special quality Bob Crow possesses to warrant his position. From what I have heard on the TV, he appears to be only semi-articulate.

Clearly his brother is an able person. Is Bob just acting up his public role simply to appear menacing on the basis that fear is the best motivator?

Kevin Maguire on the less than electrifying Ed Miliband…

“I bet if you went into a pub tonight and started a conversation about politics you’d hear strong opinions. David Cameron would be out of touch and Nick Clegg despised while Nigel Farage would divide people sharply. Miliband? In a lot of boozers he’d be the fourth most interesting man in British politics.”
