C4 News Deputy Editor Is New Met Comms Chief

The Metropolitan Police have confirmed that Channel 4 News deputy editor Martin Fewell will be their new Director of Communications. Fewell replaces Dick Fedorcio, who quit earlier this year after facing disciplinary proceedings for gross misconduct.

What was that about the police and the press being too close?
