EU Trade Myth Debunked mdi-fullscreen

One of the lines peddled by Europhile scaremongers desperately spinning the benefits of staying in the EU has been the claim that we rely on our continental counterparts for a huge proportion of our overseas trade. Now, however, for the first time in 40 years the EU is no longer the UK’s main export market.

The Centre for Economics and Business Research has found that non-EU exports have exceeded those from member states by 1.5%. The likes of Dan Hannan have been predicting this for years, and now it seems they’ve been proved right. Another swivel-eyed pro-EU argument shot to pieces.
