Labour have not produced any sort of shadow budget , we do not know what labour would have cut , yet they make music on any cuts offered and nearly caught them out tonight on NN .
The need for primary legislation , made a better sound , somthing Mr Burnham seems to forget is a straight yes or no matter . The lines about , not needing legislation , as already doing it , was perhaps professional uptake forgetting even positive co operative attitudes , will still need cost analysis . It them perhaps got a little more chopped , saving money and re investing it , will in my view turn out to be a very good idea , in what looks like being slow recovery , history I hope will eventually read , this approach saved the NHS , but of course the more important aspects of quality improvement , will require some different analysis , as this more creative process gets underway .So long as Mr Lansley can maintain an open mind in what ever points he has in mind for reviews of certain aspects , he should find the right sort of questions for any problems , in the clincal procurement and analysis aspects . once the bill is out of the way , his team will be able to interact in a different way in integrating the positive aspects and in my view be able to shape some of the professionalism in a different and better way , as the right checks and balances sort themselves out . How he works with problem large groups (ex PCTs)will i hope be a skill of wand over stick , there are still some trusts indebted , which suggests there may be management problems underneath the financial losses , as Gerry Robinson (business guru) found when he tried to consider how to get improvement .Presume we will all be in a happier place when PFI works through , although dont know what the thinking is for when new hospitals or clinics are needed .
At least some of “better” aspects became a little more apparent , in the rough seas of doubt and spurious lines.
