The EU is getting Value for Money From IPPR

Leaving aside IPPR’s massive shift to the left, that has culminated in quotes for Seamus Milne’s knocking copy, Guido had to chuckle at their latest email:

IPPR event series:
Where next for Europe?

The ‘democratic deficit’ and reform of the EU’s machinery

Tuesday 21st February 2012
12:30 – 14:00
IPPR Offices, 14 Buckingham Street, London WC2N 6DF

Nothing to do with the fact that IPPR stays afloat thanks to an €800,000 bung from the EU…

Won a small victory against Al JaBeeBa a few weeks back. I complained that the odious IPPR was always described on the Today programme (where they release their propaganda with Al JaBeeBa’s connivance!) as a ‘leading’ think tank, whilst others, particularly those of sound footing on the cente/right were always described as ‘right wing’ or ‘established by former Tory ministers’. Pure bias! The IPPR is stuffed full of ex No10 of 1997-2010 vintage twonks, not least Purnell who lied on tv that Abrahams’ illicit donation had been repaid, And that’s without their propaganda for Blair/Brown about immigration and the 1.5 million Poles out of the 15,000 expected here who had gone home.
Whilst in their mealy-mouthed response they said that I had not given examples of where ‘right wing’ was used by them, and that anyone could look at the various think tanks’ websites to assess their political leanings, they said that they would pass a directive to editors to ensure objectivity. Some chance, but they do appear to be observing it!

Democratic deficit ? Well there was obviously no money left but we can’t be blamed for using any democracy.

I am quite OK with the concept of Socialism, but in reality you get a fucking arsehole like Gordon Brown organising the work rotas

It is fortunate that Brown does not live in a truely socialist state as i doubt he would progress beyond breaking up stiff turds in the public toilets

Left wing political organisations should be finded by the state.

    It is only right.

They can’t sell their policies otherwise.

    Obviously.

A project run by Alex Glennie, who does research with ex-drug dealer, Labour List’s Will Straw. Guest speaker? Jack Straw. Great life doing research for a socialist, State funded think-tank. She’s attended events all over the World. All in the name of research. You’d have thought an organisation that bangs on about man-made climate change would be concerned about their carbon footprint. Or is it just the prols that should cut their global travelling.

Get ready EU-troika. The revolution is coming.
The Eu is preparing for a Greek default with the shrugging of shoulders and blah! blah! ‘who cares if Greeks default, the EU will survive’ blah! blah!
Time for the Greeks to call the EU’s bluff. The end of the Euro is nigh! Long live the revolution and bring democracy back to the birthplace Greece.

Socialism an absolute cancer in our society which needs cutting out.
History shows that this system is crap and has been shown to be so.
Political pundits like the Beeboids have not yet cottoned to the everyday events as regards most people in this land.
We are heading to problems in this land which will lead to a change in our everyday lives, hopefully we will see change for the better.
