Labour TURCeys

Early Day Motion 2609 is proof, if ever needed, that Labour MPs will do anything in blind support of the trade unions. In what looks like a sycophantic pat on the back for union activists, TURC member David Morris notes John Healey’s spin about all the wonderful work of Pilgrims, but  Tory adds the pertinent point that if so much is done for free, why should taxpayers pick up the tab for their other activities?

Falling into the trap Labour MPs Ronnie Campbell and Alan Meale made their mark, before withdrawing their names this morning after Labour tweeters pointed out their mistake. That didn’t stop doddery Jim Dobbin adding his name today though…

Lobby fodder.

Failure of coherence, grammar and punctuation by Neo rendered that a fairly incomprehensible post.

    Go get him! says:

I wish Guido or Neo would doorstep Gordon for neglecting his duties as an MP. His reaction would be priceless. If we could have him on camera flying into a rage for all the world to see, its entertainment value will provide some compensation, albeit very minor, for 13 years of Labour.

Glad to see my comments ripping a new one for a trade union supporting scumbag are read and acted upon by TURC members here http://turc.org.uk/?p=190#comments but at the same time a pity none of them can be bothered getting involved in the comments and I am for all intents and purposes alone in fighting the TURC corner against the scum and parasite dross that also make comment.

Ed Balls stretches credulity by claiming he isn’t ambitious

“I would love to be part of Ed’s Labour government but what I do next for me is not an all-consuming passion. I’m more bothered, in a personal sense, about getting to grade 8 piano by the time I’m 50.”
