Labour MP Sacked in Nazi Themed Weekend Fun

The Telegraph is reporting that the popular reality-based Labour MP Tom Harris has been “forced to resign” after posting a Downfall spoof video that mocked Joan McAlpine MSP, the First Minster’s close friend and adviser. Harris was Labour’s latest Twitter Tsar, though he’s hardly the  most loyal supporter of the leadership, so Guido doesn’t imagine there are many tears being shed on the inside. The video wasn’t even very funny…

To be Fair, Thats a shocking slur on Wendy Alexander, just because some businessman donated some money to her Leadership campaign doesnt mean she was corrupt.
Why do you find it so hard to believe that a businessman who lives in the Channel Islands would have an interest in the local Politics of Glasgow Barrhead constituency ? Im sure the fact that he was seeking planning permission for the building of the Silverburn shopping centre located in er..Glasgow Barrhead constituency was purely coincidental.

So the Scots Gnats or the Scots Nazi Party can’t be criticized in any shape or form.

Harris was having a laugh at their expense, and this looks like a feeble excuse to sack the guy. It just shows that Miliband is a humourless PC creep.

It is a good job that Harris hadn’t compared Salmond to Stalin.

I thought this is funny, shame he’s lost his job. Ed Miliband or whichever dolt as forced him to resign needs a sense of humour check. Its not in the same league as going to France on a stag party dressing up as a nazi and toasting the SS.

      The Paragnostic says:

It is a shame – Tom Harris is, for a Labour MP, comparatively sane. Mind you, compared with previous New Labour Twitter / Internet “czars” (Kerry McCarthy, Wee Dougie Alexander), almost anyone is sane.

Israel’s Deputy Foreign Minister, Danny Ayalon, was on R4 this morning making the case against Iran and peddling the lies that Ahmadinejad has stated that he wants to wipe Israel off the map.

Ahmadinejad did not say this, it was a total distortion of what was said. You all must know this! What WAS said was about the removal of the state of Israel as political entity in the Middle East.

It would appear that Ayalon is in the UK for a cosy chat at the Neocon talking shop, Chatham House, tomorrow. I wonder what backroom war deals will be brokered there?

Labour MP Tom Watson should direct his less than hellish fire on more deserving targets than the Scottish National Party. After all we come out of the same mould as Labour, but we are far more nationalistic and rabid.
He should concentrate on attacking the Conservative Party who are seeking to deflect our venom and introduce capitalist common sense reasoning into debate. Red Flag Forever

Oh come on, Harris was doing sterling work for English nationalism. Whenever his whining, Glasweegieland accent popped up on the media, down here, he drove yet another welcome nail in the coffin. Bring back Harris!! England needs him!!! F*ck the Scots!!!

    A Tory spokesperson says:

We don’t need to lift a finger concerning Scottish Independence.

    1) We only have 1 MP in Jockistan
    2) Labour have 41 MPs in Jockistan
3 Lib Dems have about 5 MPs in Jockistan

All we have to do is watch Labour and Lib Dems devote far too much time, and resources fighting to keep their MPs in Scotland for fear of anialation in Westminster.

We Tories can then attack both parties when they are much weakened and seen as defeated.

Still if Salmond is spunking on her hairy pussy, in her mouth on her tits it means he has less time to be irratating on TV.

No. She did nothing wrong and told the truth. The Ukanian parties have conspired for years to prevent Scottish independence which, because of them is now inevitable. They don’t like it up em. Eck has now seen of three party leaders in Scotland and now pig face Harris, (who looks as if he is no stranger to a bit of knob cheese,) has been impaled by his own childish arrogance. Poetic justice for the knob gobbling Hunt. No wonder the members bar in the Commons is full of cock suckers. If they spent less time pushing each other turds and more time working the country would be in better shape.

Hasn’t someone else had to resign over a “Downfall” spoof video? Just rings a bell from the past though must admit that as soon as I see “Downfall” in a headline I usually jump to the next story because there have been far too many corny videos based on the film.

Tom Harris bemoans the public’s attitude to politicians…

“Mr Oborne echoes the lazy, anti-politics whine we hear so often these days, all based on the absurd notion that politicians were once loved and only fell out of public favour during the expenses scandal. He should take a walk to the Strangers’ Bar. But not to sup with the patrons he seems to despise so much, dearie me, no; he should instead look at the paintings on the corridor outside the bar, which depict the devastating fire which consumed most of the Palace in 1834. And he should reflect on the fact that on that dramatic night, as the Commons went up in flames, a crowd gathered on the South Bank to clap and cheer.”

Focus group time. says:

The thing that Dave needs to work out is which group is more likely to vote Conservative. Mad swivel-eyed loons or mad homosexuals wishing to get married.
