I see BBC TV News regards the Union Demo and Red Ed’s speech as the most important news of the day. What s more they are sympathetic to the protests.
Meanwhile Sky is leading with the ongoing war in Libya, then the radioctive sea off Japan, and finally they say they will be following a union Demo being held in London today.

Watched an hour long special about Libya on France 24 (english). Totally different to the BBC’s coverage and a lot more factual as they concentrated on Pro Gaddafi and anti Gaddafi Civillians. The rebels are totally disorganised and their reports from the front line are often at complete odds to the truth, the biggest danger or the reporters came from the rebels themselves as they do not know how to use the captured weapons and keep blowing themselves up. They went into a captured amo dump and the weapons came from Russia, Iran, France and the USA.
Manwhile in Tripoli Gaddafi is using Gordon Brown/ Ed Balls tactics and has trippled the wages of ALL public sector workers and reduced their taxes and the banks are giving free money away to all equivallent to one month’s wages. Needless to say these people love their Muammar.
