This week Emily was in Manchester to grab the first interview with freed pub landlord Nick Hogan, we get immediate comment from campaigners who made the trial of three MPs a reality, and also we investigate some Big Issues. Finally there is a  poingnant musical mash up of Gordon Brown and Johnny Cash.

RBS are forcing small businesses to take out extra insurances otherwise they risk loosing their overdraft irrespective of how well the account is being managed.

All those bullshit key man policies, you’ve more chance of winning the lottery than that shit paying out.

Cheers lads, suppose you’ll be cheering for the Argies in the Summer!

have that pub owner as a speaker fornthe conservatives. he does a better job than the Shadow Front Bench and he would echo with the aspiring working class and get out the vote.

Yeah. He did seem pretty coherent. And the taxi driver.

Why does the BBC never vox-pop such articulate dissenting voices?

Naaah. If we get a ‘double dip’ it is because it was nailed on already by the berserker policies pursued by the Maximum Imbecile since 2002.

We’ve been overspending for eight years now and the 200bn quid squandered last year did not buy us out of recession – it merely deferred the difficult decisions onto Cameron’s watch.

200bn quid squandered with another 300bn plus planned just to avoid admitting you’d fucked up. What price vanity? For Brown (or more correctly the UK taxpayer) – a cool 500bn quid.

I subscribed for the Guido News feed, but also get e-mail copies sent to me of every other article (which I do not want).

I prefer reading the articles on the WWW as then I have a choice whether to browse or add to the comments. Plus the unwanted e-mails just add to the volume in my in-box.
