Quote of the Day

Ed Vaizey told a TV documentary…

“I could get into a whole load of trouble for saying this… but she might have voted for Blair. And she would be going into this poll thinking, ‘Is Cameron the real deal or should I stick with Brown?’ “

Read this earlier this morning and placed my head in my hands: the Tories urgently need a Mandelson-type figure to deliver coherent and consistent messages, per your Bingle post of yesterday.

Depressing, but at least I’ll be able to look forward to buying some UK property next year at fire sale prices in the event of a Labour win this year.

Certainly will not be able to buy foreign property with the $ falling to 1Euro and $1.35.

Sorry typo error should be £ nor $ in first line.

    This guy sounds a complete dick. There is nothing worse than when some no-mark uses any limited glamour or a thin tissue of lies to promote his latest project. To be honest getting a little bored of all the Tory bashing in the media against a backdrop of genuine flaws in the government are simply lied out of the way;

the economy is screwed – buck stops with them

violent crime and anti-social behaviour is up – ASBO’s clearly don’t work – buck stops with them

our military is underfunded and are dying for want of equipment that should have been in place years ago – buck stops with them

immigration control was utterly abandoned in 1997 and now look at the problems this has caused – buck stops with them

there is little incentive for families to stay together, benefit is given out without thought or a plan to get people off it. Worse yet there are claimants in mansions that the state is paying for – the buck stops with them

what financial regulation and why did we tax and spend in the good (Tory legacy) years – the buck stops with them

plenty of sleaze under Labour – spin as they like it’s worse than under the Tories; did Thatcher or Major take donations like in the case of Ecclestone and let’s not forget Gordon’s unpunished lie. Lord Paul, Lakshmi Mittal, powderjet, Silvio Berlusconi, Lord Sainsbury, cash for honours, Mandelson’s several strikes that should have disbarred him from any future office – the buck stops with them

the creation of political apathy – the buck stops with them

Well said that man. When reading the press one wonders what airheads we have as political journos, al looking for lordships maybe..honestly dont give a f..k anymore, left the UK for good, shame about the pensioners (ordinary ones that is.. they worked hard to give B’Liar and McBruin an education..obviously a waste of money)

The point of this ‘Tory bashing’ as you call it is poking at the credibility of any incoming Conservative party to see if it is likely they’ll make the same order of fuck ups as Labour have. Everyone knows Labour is a busted flush, what’s not certain is if Cameron is going to do any better.

I strongly oppose the whole system and reference to my website give all the reasons why

    Vote Conservative.

This is all we need. So Cameron is so enigmatic, even his own wife isn’t sure whether to support him or not.

Is Ed Vaizey off his bonce? Like we need a Tory to make this sort of stupid remark at this crucial stage in the election.
