What has happened to our institutions when a creature such as this is Speaker?

In other news another six inch shell is lobbed in Labour’s direction courtesy of Darling. It should be so easy for Dave. But the polls show he (and the country) are at the edge of the Pit.

Everything is in the Conservative’s favour and still it seems the entire Shadow Cabinet are faint of heart. It’s like Kitchener bottling it before Omdurman.

Helpline? Nah. Bercow, once jobless, will be putting his concerns in writing to Dear Deidre of the Sun. He’s the mutt’s nuts for now, but once the grace and favour digs and constant line of lackies are gone, Mrs Bercow will be back to form, riding random truck drivers after necking a bottle of chardonney.

Just a thought.
